7. Recruiter Responsibilities

Recruiters must ensure job listings are genuine, accurate, and comply with employment laws. Any misleading or fake job postings may result in account suspension.

8. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their content but grant HireMe a license to use, display, and distribute it for platform operations.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology are owned by HireMe and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

HireMe may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
